Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only. The rates below apply to eligible non-bulky items.
Standard Shipping (eligible non-bulky items)
- Orders under $29: $6
- Orders from $29 to $100: $10
- Orders over $100: Free Standard Shipping
Bulky and overweight items
Some bulky or overweight products are excluded from free shipping. Weight-based shipping charges are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment.
The exact shipping charge available for your address and cart is displayed at checkout before payment. If a cart contains both standard and bulky items, checkout may combine the applicable shipping charges.
Express Shipping (eligible non-bulky items)
A flat rate of $15 applies to eligible non-bulky orders. Express Shipping is not available for bulky or overweight items.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 2–8 business days, depending on destination.
- Express shipping: 1–4 business days, where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, public holidays or high-volume periods.
In-store Pickup
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared for collection the next business day.

Deposit & Free Storage
This applies to wholesale and custom orders only:
- All custom products require a 50% deposit.
- In-stock products do not accept credit terms.
- Our warehouse offers free storage for 90 days.
