Shipping policy
Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.
Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.
Standard Shipping
- For orders valued between $0 and $29, the shipping fee is $6.
- For orders valued between $29 and $100, the shipping fee is $10.
- For orders valued over $100, Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping
- Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination.
- Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination
We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or high-volume seasons.

Deposit & Free Storage
This applies to wholesale and custom orders only:
- All custom products require a 50% deposit.
- In-stock products DO NOT accept credit terms. They must be shipped upon order placement or reserved upon order placement.
- Our warehouse offers free storage for 90 days, and shipments can be arranged within this period based on the buyer's requested timeline.
