Collection: Security & Access Control

The most useful lock is attached to a clear plan for what it will hold and who should open it. Security & Access Control at Office Goods Australia brings together key boxes, lockable storage, padlocks, compact safes and door chimes for homes, offices and shared spaces. Give a spare key a known location, keep cash or small valuables together, or make an arrival easier to notice. These products address different points in a daily access routine, so you can build the arrangement around the doors, drawers and people actually involved.

Keep shared keys in a known place

Wall-mounted combination key boxes offer a place for a spare key that more than one authorised person may need. Larger multi-key cabinets organise several keys behind a code lock, while a compact lock box may suit a smaller set. A long-shackle or four-digit padlock serves a different job on a suitable hasp, case or storage point. Choose by the number of keys, the place they are kept and how access is handed from one person to another.

Give smaller valuables an enclosed home

Metal cash boxes, lockable storage containers and book-shaped hideaway boxes provide different ways to keep small items together. Digital-code safes and lockable file cabinets offer larger or more fixed storage for documents and belongings. A desktop combination cabinet may suit the things you reach for regularly, while a drawer cabinet can sit beneath the work surface. Start with the size and frequency of access, then decide which closing format fits the room.

Notice an arrival

A motion-sensor door chime and a wireless doorbell kit add a signal at an entry point rather than another place to store things. They can complement a key or lock-box setup where a visitor or delivery needs to be noticed. Think of access as a sequence: someone arrives, someone opens the right place, and the items inside remain organised for the next use.
