Collection: Mailing & Shipping

A well-packed parcel starts with a container that suits what is going out and ends with a label people can read. Mailing & Shipping at Office Goods Australia brings the main steps together: envelopes and mailers, shipping boxes, cushioning, sealing tape, parcel labels and tools for handling packed goods. Send a document in an envelope, give a more delicate small item a padded mailer, or build a box around a larger order. The collection helps a home seller or small office keep the dispatch area ready without treating every shipment as the same shape or size.

Choose the parcel around its contents

Business and kraft envelopes suit paper or flat items, while padded bubble mailers add a soft layer for smaller goods. Corrugated cardboard boxes come in several shapes for parcels that need more room or a more structured outer pack. Mailing tubes offer another format for rolled artwork or long documents. Start with the dimensions and form of the item, then choose the outer pack that lets it sit sensibly inside rather than forcing every order into one kind of box.

Cushion, close and identify

Honeycomb paper, corrugated sheets, corner protectors and air-column packing offer different ways to fill space or separate items inside a parcel. Clear and kraft packing tapes, including water-activated formats, close boxes in different ways. Shipping and warning labels then make the parcel easier to identify or handle as intended. Keep the materials that are used together at the packing bench so filling, sealing and labelling become one smooth sequence rather than three searches around the room.

Keep the packing area moving

Retractable box cutters help open incoming cartons or size materials before packing. Hand carts and flatbed trolleys can move packed boxes or supplies through a work area, while a step ladder helps reach materials stored higher up. These supporting tools make more sense in a broad mailing and shipping collection than in a narrow paper or tape category. Set up the work area around the volume and size of the parcels you handle most often, then add the tools that remove needless carrying and repeated trips.
